Viewing Provider activity (COMMISSIONER ONLY)

Commissioners can view provider activity across all services using the "Provider Activity Dashboard"
When viewed in the page, All services (including deprecated ones) will be displayed, and all providers in the commission.
There are filter buttons at the bottom of the dashboard that allow you hide Services that have no activity, services that are deprecated, and providers that have no activity to make the dashboard smaller or clearer.
